The Pour Journal is a small, independent coffee-gear publication. We’re home brewers who got tired of buying guides that read like ad copy — so we started writing the ones we wished existed.
How we research
We don’t accept free products in exchange for coverage, and no brand can pay for placement in our rankings. Every guide starts from manufacturer spec sheets and current retail prices, cross-checked across multiple retailers. When we recommend something, it’s because the specs, the price, and the trade-offs add up — not because someone paid us to say so.
How we make money
